Deputy President

Leads the Fund’s international engagement, builds relationships with foreign partners and donor organizations, and represents GAPD in cross-border coordination and multilateral settings.

Deputy President

Leads the Fund’s environmental recovery stream, overseeing the integration of ecological assessment, land rehabilitation, and environmental monitoring into GAPD’s demining and territory recovery projects.

Director of Security and Risk Management

Oversees risk assessment and operational security across all project stages, ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout implementation.

Responsible for technical planning, deployment of unmanned aerial systems, and explosive ordnance operations across GAPD’s field projects.

Head of Deminer Training

Develops and implements professional training programs for demining specialists.

Head of Psychosocial Support

Leads the integration of psychosocial support components into GAPD’s recovery projects.

Global Partnerships

International Partnerships Coordinator

Brings direct access to the US donor and policy community, experience navigating international funding structures, and on-the-ground representation for GAPD in North America.

Swedish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Scandinavia

Brings cross-border network across Scandinavian and Ukrainian institutions, private sector partnerships, and international fundraising experience.
